We have designed two expansions to this manufacturing facility. The first expansion was to the warehouse/manufacturing building and included a new dock area. This is designed as a braced steel frame with tilt-up panels as infill and supports in some area. All load bearing elements are on belled piers. The second expansion was to the offices and cafeteria. The structure is a braced steel frame on belled piers.

Warehouse type facility with a heavily loaded floor. The super-structure is a pre-engineered building. Project locations have included California, Texas, Mississippi, Florida, etc.

Carrollton, Texas
Existing 153,000 square foot warehouse that was experiencing floor slab problems from forklift traffic. This required replacing the slab and re-compacting the subgrade in the high traffic areas. This was determined by visual field observation and geotechnical testing.

Dutch Regal Bakery
Dallas, Texas
Remodel of a 1960's era building. An extensive field study was performed to evaluate the building and provide drawings for the new RTU units and wall openings. The building is steel framed with load bearing composite brick walls.

Sanmina
Carrollton, Texas
100,000 square feet plus manufacturing facility. The first half is an existing one and two-story space that was renovated with new A/C equipment, floor, panel and roof repairs. The addition is set up for two levels and is a steel frame with concrete tilt wall exterior panels.

Steel framed building for cooling racks. Special features are crane rails inside and outside, numerous pads for rollers and control booths.
