Addition to an existing fire station (wood framing and load bearing masonry). No existing building plans were available. Therefore, field measurements and criteria were a necessity to complete the structural design.

The firm had a three year indefinite contract for a 30 county area to update/upgrade existing or new district offices/maintenance facilities.

Amarillo, Texas Remodel/replacement of two travel information bureau's. One project is in Wichita Falls and the other is in Amarillo, Texas. The Wichita Falls project is a new wood framed structure on a stiffened slab system. The Amarillo project is a remodel of the existing wood framed building with an addition on each end.

New golf facility for U.S. Navy Base at the same location. The facility is in a seismic zone 4.

Blue Nightclub
Dallas, Texas
Exterior renovation of a historical 1900's building in downtown Dallas. Work was with the City of Dallas Historic Society. New window and doorway lintels as well as new suspended sidewalks with light wells to the basement were required. The building consisted of a 4-story and 2-story elements, all with a contiguous basement.
