Retirement Plan

• 401-K Plan with discretionary company matching participation. Employee may begin to participate in plan after 90 days of permanent full-time employment.

Vacation, Personal Leave, And Holidays

• Two weeks of vacation accrued on a monthly basis. One week can be used after six months of employment. Vacation increases to three weeks per year after five years of employment and four weeks after ten years of employment.
• Personal/sick leave of thirty-two hours per year, accrued on an annual basis.
• Seven annual company paid holidays plus birthday and personal floating holiday.
