A & B Storage Facility
Carrollton, Texas
Expansion of a concrete tilt-wall warehouse building. The structure is on a belled pier foundation with slab-on-grade floors, concrete tilt-wall panels and a steel joists/steel beam roof system. The building has dock high doors, fork lift traffic floors and an exposed aggregate finish. Also, new doors were cut in the existing concrete panels for access to the addition.

Emerald Plaza
Bentonville, Arkansas
Strip retail center (two identical buildings). The design of the foundations and walls had to interact with a pre-engineered building system. The available building materials the owner/contractor wanted to use, also dictated the final construction products and materials used.

Greyhound Terminal
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Prototypical terminal building. The drawings are set-up for re-use in other locations (after local modifications). The building is steel framed with load bearing CMU. There is an entry tower element and a covered canopy for the buses at the rear.

Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Richardson, Texas
We assist the building maintenance department on additions, remodels, new floor loads (safes, file room RTU check, etc.) on an as-needed basis. We have recently reviewed the five-story parking garage for structure stability and maintenance to prolong the service life of this building.
