First Baptist Church
Keller, Texas
We have remodeled the original sanctuary (removed columns for a wedding) and added two-story sections twice. The first addition is a two-story office/classroom area with a large gymnasium and new entry. The second addition was to expand (two-story) and provide another new entry with more classrooms.
First United Methodist Church
Keller, Texas
New sanctuary (wood glulams and wood tongue and groove decking) utilizing a steel braced and moment frame structural system. It has a common wall with the existing church building and is at a higher elevation.
Richardson East Church of Christ
Richardson, Texas
Two-story addition to the existing church. This is a steel frame on drilled piers. This addition was for classrooms, offices and a media/auditorium area.
Colonial Hills Baptist Church
Cedar Hill, Texas
Two-story classroom/kitchen addition with an attached gymnasium. Both are attached to the existing main building. The classrooms are conventional steel framing and the gymnasium is a pre-engineered building with CMU infill.
Grace Community Church
Plano, Texas
Wood framed with brick veneer church. The first phase was completed with the building designed to be converted to a gymnasium later. Phase two has been also completed and encompasses more classrooms/offices with the same type structural systems.
Sunnyvale Baptist Church
Sunnyvale, Texas
Two-story classroom/education addition. This is a steel frame on piers with a crawl space on the first floor.
Ridgecrest Baptist Church
Greenville, Texas
Main sanctuary with cantilevered balconies and classroom additions. This addition interfaced on two sides with the existing buildings. The frame was a steel tension and compression ring system with an exposed glulam and exposed tongue and groove roof deck system. The floor was sloped to the pulpit with all systems supported on drilled piers.
Onalaska High School
Onalaska, Texas
New school facility (over 89,000 square feet). The structural system was concrete tilt-up wall panels and steel joist roof systems. Gymnasiums, cafeteria, auditorium, classrooms, offices, typical facilities, etc. were all included.
Huntington High School, Middle School and Elementary School
Huntington, Texas
Three school buildings. The High School and Elementary School were totally new. The Middle School was existing and was added to by matching the existing wood roof system. The other two were wall over 100,000 square feet with concrete tilt-up wall panels and steel joist roof systems.
East Montana Middle School
El Paso, Texas
Addition to the existing school. This is a gymnasium addition framed with long span double pitched steel joists and concrete tilt-up wall panels.
Clint High School
El Paso, Texas
Cafeteria expansion to an existing high school. The expansion is long span steel joists and concrete panels.
